They put on a show at the school house where my mama went to school. I remember Tommy singing on the Arthur Smith show That was a long time ago.

My dad was friends with the Reno & Smiley Band before I was born . Red stayed at our house a couple of times, where I a 13 year old kid got to play his guitar.

Great to hear this, i had two albums by them on vinyl in the 1970s & 1980s, where it stated they played the Kerosine Circuit, so named as it was before electricity came to the outlying communities.
